Do you plan to open another shop?

At this time, we're taking a break and getting resettled. It's not currently on the table but it's not off the table either. We'll see!

What are your earrings made from?

Our earrings are made from a durable polymer clay and sometimes mixed with other media, such as resin, tassels, thread, shrinky dinks, wire, or other upcycled finds.

Where do you source your materials?

Where possible, we always shop locally-owned or other small businesses and source supplies + packaging from artisans on Etsy. All products are mailed in compostable Kraft packagings.

How long until I receive my order?

All items (except commissions) ship within 3-5 business days. Commission pieces may take up to 2 weeks to ship from your consultation. We support USPS! Priority mail shipping time may vary given COVID-19 delays, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. 

What is your refund policy?
Sorry, we don't offer refunds. However, if your order arrived damaged or you have other issues, please contact us. We're happy to replace damaged goods, potentially with alternative products for out-of-stock options.
